Contact Centre / Telesales Manager needed based in Nuneaton.
- The role has direct line management responsibility for 4 Internal Sales Executives and 6 in Administration.
- People management is a key requirement of the role including dealing with an HR related matters, retention, and coaching/development of colleagues.
- This role has overall responsibility for the Sales and Admin team, its colleagues and processes.
- Responsibilities also include ensuring excellent levels of call quality and customer service, plus client liaison and ongoing improvements, including call reduction activity.
- Proven Contact/Telesales Management experience
- Strong people manager
- Good commercial knowledge to think quickly and be decisive
- Good strategic knowledge and overall planning.
