A unique opportunity to work for two of the county's leading Charities - the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and Bransby Horses. These well-respected Charities are at a critical stage in their development and are working together to recruit an enthusiastic and results driven HR Manager (Full Time) whose time will be equally split between the two Charities. The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance office is at Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln and Bransby Horses is based at Bransby, Lincoln.

The purpose of the role is to manage the HR function within each of the two Charities, undertaking duties across the full range of HR activities including restructure, recruitment, retention and development, training, employee relations, policy development and general HR administration.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an HR Manager role, ideally within a Charity and have an HR qualification (Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP), CIPD or other relevant HR qualification). They will also have a genuine passion for working with two of the county's leading Charities at a time of change and development.

The salary is Circa GBP40,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
