Clinical Disability Assessor HR
You will be based from home, working within a radius of your address, or meeting claimants at the local consultation centre or in their own homes. A full functional assessment, including evaluating Activities of Daily Living will be completed. You will also dissect and analyse important information such as claimant questionnaires, GP documentation and multidisciplinary data. This role will allow you to be out in the community as well as at clinics, seeing a variety of people who are in receipt of disability benefits.
The role can be permanent or you can be a contractor.
The permanent role is paid £34k pro rata, rising to £35k after a probationary period with the potential of earning up to £750 per quarter as a performance bonus. You will have access to all of the company's benefit schemes, travel expenses, pension, career progression, sick pay and annual leave.
As a contractor you must commit to at least 10 reports a week which will take around 2.5 days. You will be paid £75 per report with a £10 bonus available for a 24 hour turnaround, and an extra £10 bonus if the report is of high quality. Work will be available between 8am-8pm, 6 days a week if you choose to do so, which would give you huge earning potential.
For both positions you will do a comprehensive 6-week training programme before you start doing assessments.
To apply you will need at least 2 years post registration experience and be NMC or HCPC registered with a valid PIN. Currently, we can only accept applications from Nurses, Paramedics, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
You must be resident within the HR postcode area and have proven experience of assessing and report writing. You must also hold a valid UK driving license and be happy to drive around the local area to attend home and clinic based assessments.
