Business Development Manager

They seek a multi-talented business to business regional sales executive, sales consultant, account manager or business development professional who primarily uses consultative sales skills to offer new and existing clients variable solutions.
These will be your duties:
You will be selling into key decision makers such as buyers, specifiers, directors, local authories and education.
Suitable business development managers should be experienced in most of the following duties and responsibilities:
- Management of a sales territory with the goal of increasing business
- Ability to plan and execute sales activities
- Preparation of quotations
- Motivation and management of internal sales person
- Business to business solution sales experience
- Understanding the principles of project management
- Overseeing Health and Safety and Risk Assessment requirements
The company would like a good level of education, preferably a degree and stable work history.

The job operates Monday to Friday with 24 days holidays and strong company pension scheme. Salary £25000 to 32000 per annum plus an average of 5-10k in bonuses plus company car and other attractive benefits
