Customer Service Advisor - Birmingham City Centre - Full Time - Permanent
Our client is a prestigious company based in Birmingham City who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This role is based on growth within the company and is to work within a well established team.
Duties to include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Responding to all correspondence received
- Dealing with complaint queries
- Liaising with internal departments where necessary
- Ensuring all call logs and notes are updated onto the in house database
- To participate in training - all coaching provided to assist with the role
- Providing support for the other functions within the team
Skills and experience required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Proactive with the ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
