Our client is a prestigious company based in Birmingham City who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This role is based on growth within the company and is to work within a well established team.

Duties to include:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Responding to all correspondence received
  • Dealing with complaint queries
  • Liaising with internal departments where necessary
  • Ensuring all call logs and notes are updated onto the in house database
  • To participate in training - all coaching provided to assist with the role
  • Providing support for the other functions within the team

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Proactive with the ability to prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary:

£ 15,000

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
