We are a social enterprise providing access to financial products and services for local people who are financially excluded from obtaining credit and services from mainstream institutions such as Banks and Building Societies, either because they are on low income, have bad credit or are on benefits.

As an ethical lender we aim to provide their customers with a better deal than high-cost alternatives, with no shareholders to satisfy our loans are priced to recover the costs of providing the service.

They provide these services through their West Midlands regional branch network and through their online department.

You will be working as part of a team using a range of communication methods to ensure that KPi targets are met, this is a good opportunity for an individual seeking a role in a company which offers development and progression. The engagement is subject to a satisfactory Credit Reference Search.

Opportunity

We have an exciting vacancy for a Branch Manager in their Northfield office. This would suit someone with leadership experience as well as experience working in a regulated environment.

As a Branch Manager you will need to be dynamic, driven, committed, able to use your own initiative and provide full support to other staff members. Ability to communicate and build rapport quickly with both clients and colleagues at all levels is essential.

Job Description

You will be managing your branch on a day to day basis including:

- Managing and taking responsibility for both lending and early delinquency performance.

- Promoting a culture of success and developing staff skills.

- Ensuring adherence to all company and regulatory provisions

- Dealing with customer concerns and ensuring TCF principles are applied

- Responsible for all aspects of resource management
