Secretary - Birmingham
We are currently recruiting for a motivated Secretary to join a financial service client in central Birmingham.
Working within the Private Client team you will provide full secretarial and admin support and have the opportunity to develop within the role and gain relevant qualifications.
Duties will include:
· Audio and copy typing of general correspondence, reports, file notes, memos, emails and mail merges
· Diary management - arrange appointments, meeting and lunches
· Booking meeting rooms
· Calling clients to confirm arrangements
· Dealing with travel arrangements
· General speaking to client on the telephone - taking accurate messages
· Formatting of client documents
· Expenses management
You should have relevant secretarial or administration experience within a financial services organisation. Confident client liaison skills are required along with the ability to work well in a pressurised environment.
