An established provider of affordable housing within the Birmingham area is immediately seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to make an immediate impact and take responsibility for the Customer Services team

Key duties:

? Taking responsibility for the Customer Services Team which includes front of house reception and the contact centre
? Leading 1-2-1s with the Customer Service Advisors and managing their PDPs, their work portfolios and their KPIs
? Looking after the customer complaints services and customer service satisfaction reports
? Motivating the team through fun challenges and initiatives to keep the morale and atmosphere within the customer hub happy and productive

You will also have:

? Team Leader experience within a social housing background
? Access to own vehicle and clean driving license
? Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills for the reports

The successful Customer Service Team Leader will be immediately available and understand the need to take responsibility and maintain and improve the service for the Customer Service Team.
