Grade 8 £35,444 - £41,967 plus allowance for on-call duties
37 hours per week as required plus on-call duties as part of management cover rota
Coventry has re-designed and transformed its’ children’s homes provision – four new homes are being created across the city operating small family style homes each catering for four young people aged 10-16 on admission.
We now require two Registered Children’s Home Managers to take charge of two of these homes.
We are seeking two modern and progressive Registered Managers with good knowledge of the Ofsted registration and inspection process as well as demonstrable skill and experience in managing a children’s residential resource. Successful candidates will be required to build a new and effective team and achieve successful outcomes for children admitted to the home on a medium to long term basis.
We welcome applications from established and experienced Registered Managers and/or those with a successful track record at Deputy Manager level.
