One of the UK's leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment specialists having being established almost forty years is currently looking to recruit a well organised Recruitment Assistant at their Stourbridge head office. Your role will entail assisting a team of Recruitment Consultants in the delivery of a professional recruitment service. You will play an integral part in assisting the recruitment process for our clients and candidates.
Key tasks will include high level administrative support for the recruitment team, CV searching for a variety of roles, building a centralised candidate talent bank and utilising it to help recruit the right person into the right job. You will be expected to assist in the shortlisting of candidates, communicate with clients and candidates on a regular basis as well as arranging interviews, while dealing with all candidate application queries.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and bright individual looking for an opportunity to develop their career within a market leading recruitment company. Experience providing support in a fast-paced Recruitment / HR environment would be an advantage, as will an understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality when appropriate. You will be a confident, outgoing and reliable individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team. You must be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
