New & Used Sales Administrator
Due to continued business growth and success we are looking for a very talented, enthusiastic New and Used Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Ford West Bromwich.
Working alongside a team of experienced professionals that are passionate about cars, our company is renowned for providing outstanding customer service levels. Specialising in new and used car sales across a variety of brands, as well as offering genuine parts and accessories, vehicle servicing and repairs, our company has become one of the top for the brands we represent.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
* Customer Order Management
* Customer Relationship Management
* Sales Team Support & Communication
* Data Management
* Document Management
* Customer Satisfaction
For this role we are looking for you have a proven administration background. You must be organized and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines. Motor Trade experience is preferred but is not essential providing you have strong administration experience. This is a full time role, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
