To do this you will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and energise your team and be driven to achieve high standards operationally and against tight deadline targets. You will ideally possess a university degree or equivalent in business or marketing, demonstrable experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably for a multi-branch operation. Be experienced in managing a significant marketing budget and developing and managing a media plan. You should have Agency management experience and demonstrate your ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through use of effective interpersonal and communication skills, seeking cross-functional input as well as ensuring a high level of attention to detail, and timely follow through

The Role

You will be responsible for being the voice of the customer within the organisation, collaborating with the Marketing Director to develop and define a robust brand proposition and strategy, effectively managing a team of marketing coordinators; local marketing opportunities, events and literature, establishing and managing a media plan that is focused on the target customer and delivers ROI, delivering a media plan to include, TV, Radio, Press, Outdoor, Identifying the right promotional channels and mechanics for our target audience, delivering ROI utilising the full Marketing Mix (including DM and PR). Working closely with product and development teams to identify the right products to promote at the right times, continually improving the customer experience within our branches as well as selection and management of sponsorship opportunities that target our customer, ensuring that their potential is maximised across appropriate channels. You will also be leading and motivating your team and media partners to deliver results, execute and deliver measurable business results for company initiatives and keeping abreast of industry and competitors' best practice along with management of a significant marketing budget.
