Team & Role

Working within the wider HR team you will report directly to the L&D Manager and work within the Talent Development team to delivering established training programmes using existing training material to both experienced staff and new hires within Advanced group.

The Requirements

To deliver engaging and effective training that inspires Advanced Employees to improve business performance with enhanced skills & knowledge and by joining us you will:

• Be responsible for delivering training courses to new hires as part of Boot Camp programme in support, inside sales/ telemarketing and other areas of the business as requested

• Support the development of our strategic high potential development programmes and build professional skills by delivering workshops in areas such as time management, communication and influencing during their first 18 months in the business

• Support the delivery of other existing training material as and when required

• Support the L&D manager in evaluating the success of training delivered by distributing evaluation questionnaires, analysing responses and acting on results

• Support the functional L&D business partners in conducing learning needs analyses and evaluations as and when required

• Support the L&D Business Partners in updating existing training material as and when required
