An incredible firm, based in Warwickshire, is currently recruiting for an immediately available administrator on a temporary basis - paying £8.50 an hour with the chance for some incredible professional experience!
This is a temporary role, beginning as soon as possible and lasting for around 6 months. If you are looking to develop your experience within a fantastic company, this may be the perfect role for you!
In this role, you will join the graduate recruitment team within the Head Office. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing professional training schemes that occur throughout the year. This will involve screening CVs, on-going candidate liaison, organising bookings and setting up interviews, taking feedback and dealing with queries, database management, as well as assisting with the general administration behind the programme. You will also be involved with branding and social media, increasing programme presence and graduate interest! This is perfect for someone looking for a more creative role.
We are looking for someone who is intelligent, possesses a creative flair and has a real eye for detail! You must be proficient with all areas of Microsoft, predominantly Word and Excel, and have relevant administrative experience. A professional and warm telephone manner is a must, teamed with a strong ability to manage a number of tasks independently and with ease!
Due to the location of this role, own transport is preferable.
