Experienced Administrator required for a 13 week contract based in Gaydon within an automotive business.
Provide management support as required.
> Preparation of materials for presentations.
> Support management / team meetings
> Prepare, control and submit agendas and minutes.
> Administer and update local shared area drive (V drive).
> Maintain and manage departmental filing.
> Maintain purchase performance documentation.
> Maintain standard documents and templates and ensure that they are consistent with the latest corporate identity guidelines.
> Map internal processes in standard format. Obtain internal sign off/ approval. Ordering (Tool and Part) support Track status in Google doc Daily dealing with TBSS and TBSS coordinators Reporting of the status Support of Programme buyers
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)High standard of PC literacy in Excel, Word and PowerPoint 2)Strong organisation and prioritisation skills 3)Self motivated and adaptable to changing demands
