Senior Lettings Neg/Assistant Manager
£25,000 - £30,000 based on experience

No Agent requires someone who wants to be part of a fast growing disruptive property management company.
Your job will be to take landlords that have just joined the business through the on-boarding process and maintain good relationships with existing landlords.
You should have a great passion for property and know all the latest laws and legislation. You will be a trusted voice by our landlords and your role will be supported by our best in class operations team.
Your day to day tasks will vary from on-boarding and the co-ordination of services, to appraisals, monitoring the status of repairs with our property management team, reviewing properties on the market to understand if they are progressing to let or need some helping along, checking in with landlords periodically so they can feel supported throughout the let, dealing with any difficulties that may arise such as rent arrears and difficult repairs and finally helping along junior colleagues with questions.
You will report into the Property Director and will need to be able to highlight any key issues to them and report against KPIs and other business targets.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. You will be required to work from home one Saturday per month as a senior on-call manager to assist with any escalation issues.
A driving license is preferred but not essential as some travel from time to time to properties throughout England may be required.
This is an office based role at our Operations Centre in Coventry. You will be required to travel to our London Head Office once a month to participate in team days, training and general company events- travel expenses are covered.
There is a bonus scheme which is linked to landlord retention and customer happiness.
