As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will consist of:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Email management
  • General administration duties
  • Being a part of a team developing new ideas

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient on MS Packages
  • Be Confident in building effective relationships
  • Hold proven experience within the customer service sector.
