I am currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a forward thinking and well-established company based in Tipton.

Your main duties would include:
- Receiving and processing enquiries and orders from customers.
- Progressing outstanding customer orders and updating customers on said progress.
- Working closely with the Area Sales Manager and ensuring they are fully informed on all significant developments.
- Conducting Telesales operations as directed.
- Requisition material for 'back to back' deals as authorised.
- Keeping in touch with the warehouse and being aware of the state of stock and materials received.
- Visiting customers at times agreed.
- Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with procedures set out in the Quality System.
Previous Sales Administration experience and knowledge of MS Word and Excel are essential.
As a person, a strong character with a positive 'can-do attitude' and the ability to mix well with everyone are a must.
