BSN Social Care require an accounts/finance assistant who will play in key part in our finance team. You will report directly to the Finance Director to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the finance function. You will have an opportunity to work across all aspects of the finance function.

The ideal applicant will be highly numerate and will have a logical and methodical approach to their work. Ideally they will possess strong excel skills and will have experience of working with SAGE 50. The candidate must have experience of working in a similar role and may be working towards an AAT or ACCA qualification.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Responsibility for Accounts payable process Receive, Record and process all Purchase Invoices

  • Input codes and calculations in the accounts system in an accurate manner

  • Responsibility for Accounts receivable process

  • Help with Credit Control

  • Prepare and verify daily reports

  • Compile information for month end reporting

  • Audit preparation

  • Finance Admin
