A temporary opportunity exists for a Plant Sales Administrator. Reporting into the Plant Sales Executives, you will work alongside the internal and external sales procurement, planning and warehouse teams

The Job Role:

  • Provide administration support to the Plant Sales executives
  • Process new orders in accordance with agreed KPIs, price-breaks and order lead-times
  • Process delivery orders and delivery paperwork
  • Liaise internally with Warehouse on delivery information
  • Email order confirmations and invoices to customers
  • Ensure customer files and records are kept updated
  • Filing of all sales order related paperwork
  • Assist with general sales office administration
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Collation of Daily Orders and Invoices

Experience / Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative role within a manufacturing organisation that ideally involves order processing and/or invoicing
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data processing abilities
  • Strong computer skills with experience of using SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A real team player with the ability to build rapport with your co-workers at all levels
  • Excellent telephone manner and organisation skills
