Our new Business Management Intern will work directly with our Chief Operating Officer in the delivery of management functions to the whole of ludlowthompson, as well as day to day assistance of PA duties to the C.O.O. We are looking for a Business Management Intern to join our team in Worcester. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to take on a variety of projects throughout their time with ludlowthompson.

The Role

The Business Management Internship role is a varied one, which is anticipated to provide a broad spectrum of experience in a multitude of disciplines including HR, Finance, IT & Communications, Property Management, General Administration, Event Management, Compliance, Audit, along with the day to day assistance in a PA type capacity for the C.O.O.

Our new Business Management Intern will take on projects which will necessitate research and understanding of new legislation and its impact on our business, analysing requirements and implementing projects. These projects will include undertaking conversations with customers, and fellow employees, gathering and extracting the required information from relevant sourced data.

Training will be given on all our current property software, and you will have the full support of our operational management team, driven by the C.O.O to whom you will directly report to.
