Carlton Brookes are recruiting for an exceptional recruitment brand in modern central BIRMINGHAM offices. As a business they have 3 office in the UK and specialise in a number of key divisions including Digital, HR, Sales and Marketing.
To build on their initial success they are looking for a number of experienced Recruitment Consultants looking to join one of the leading recruitment brands in BIRMINGHAM.
Ideally you will have proven recruitment experience with a professional manner and excellent work ethics.
Ideally you will have experience in recruiting withing one of the following:
SALES, MARKETING, DIGITAL, IT, FMCG, HR
In this 360 degree role your main duties will include:
Working with big name brands and organisations to establish their recruitment needs.
Manage and maintain existing client relationships
Develop new clients through business development
Headhunt specific candidates when needed.
Attend client meetings
Meet and exceed sales targets.
