Sales Coordinator


Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Redwood Search are pleased to be working with their Pershore based client who due to continued growth, are now seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to work within their expanding Sales Administration Department; this role will provide support to external Sales and Project Managers.

The role

Provide quotations

Upload quotations and seek client approval on quotation sent

Raise purchase orders for equipment and issue to suppliers

Liaise with suppliers to co-ordinate delivery dates direct to client sites or to the head office stores

Plan delivery routes for drivers

Co-ordinate deliveries with clients obtaining access information to prevent abortive calls to sites

Ensure that site survey forms are completed by Project Managers/Engineers prior to any installations

Creating and issuing product literature and mailshots to existing and potential new clients

Dealing with telephone queries relating to quotations required and installation of new equipment

General office administration and any other adhoc duties when required

The Candidate

Highly motivated, proactive and reliable

The ability to build excellent working relationships with our customers

The ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative

Must have strong IT skills (Mail merge experience would be an advantage)

Clear and professional communication with all levels of management both internally and externally

Ability to work under pressure and retain attention to detail

Strong focus on providing customer satisfaction
