We are seeking a SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST at our busy Stourbridge office based at the top of the town High Street (we may consider this role for alternate Saturdays instead).
The role of Saturday Receptionist has a number of key responsibilities and we will provide appropriate training.
You will be involved with
undertaking some administrative duties
booking valuation appointments
arranging mortgage appointments
dealing with other general enquiries by telephone, email and in person
be required to take receipt of offers and deal with such in accordance with our guidelines
There will be office based duties applicable in this role, many of which will involve a good level of communication with the manager, resident sales negotiators, other reception staff, mortgage advisors and, of course, with our vendor clients and prospective buyers.
The position is one of a supporting role to the full time negotiators and the hours of work will be 9am to 4pm. I would add that there will be occasions when additional days/hours of work are available, in particular to provide holiday cover for full time weekday staff.
Candidates must be polite, of smart appearance, punctual and able to show initiative.

The position of Weekend Receptionist pays at an hourly rate at £7.50 and holiday entitlement is calculated by the calendar year.
The starting date would be Saturday 16th September 2017 or sooner.
