This successful company, are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to join their growing Projects team on a permanent basis with excellent career progression opportunities throughout the company

Job Description:

For this Office Co-ordinator, your duties will include;

• Chasing customer orders

• Chasing sub-contractors for quotations for works requested

• Sourcing alternative quotations as necessary

• Dealing with customer queries

• Organising installation dates

• General administration

To be considered for this Office Co-ordinator role, you will need to;

• Be able to react quickly and multi-task (essential)

• Ability to structure the working day (essential)

• Excellent organisational skills (essential)

• Self-starter, ability to work alone (essential)

• Strong Customer Service skills (advantageous)

• Disciplined individual with ability to work under pressure (essential)

• Available immediately (advantageous)

What’s on Offer?

With this role, you will receive;

• Salary between £18,500 - £19,000 (after a successful 6 month probationary period)

• Hours of work 8.30 am – 5.00 pm (Mon – Fri)
