About the role......

Key Responsibilities:


To deliver set daily KPI'S for calls, appointments, leads, sales.
To complete a monthly marketing plan for new business and targeting existing members to ensure sales target is met each month.
Provide correct information to prospective members regarding the resort facilities, programming, polices and prices, in an efficient and professional manner.
To complete daily calls, complete tours of the facilities and sign up new members.
To implement the sales activity calendar in order to generate awareness and leads for the resort within the local catchment area.
Achieve the minimum standard of activity in relation to completed calls, club tour appointments and sales.
The setting of daily confirmed appointments.
To correctly complete the sale and paperwork of all new members, in line with the resort T&C.
To support in the Social activity within the resort to aid Membership retention, such as social events, tennis clubs, running clubs, etc.
To facilitate and support social media as necessary under the direction of the Spa Marketing Sales Assistant .


Responsible for New Membership Sales:


To achieve set monthly targets for new members.
To develop new partnership and opportunities to support the lead generation targets.
Communicate where necessary with prospective members in person, by phone, email or letter.
Act as an owner of all membership paperwork, ensuring that where required the appropriate signature, payments and identification are complete.
To regularly undertake competitor analysis assessing rates, promotions.
To ensure that sales reports are completed as required.
To work closely with the retention team to ensure we deliver positive net gains monthly.
