I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator / Receptionist for my client based in Coventry. The client is the leading manufacturer of performance brake and clutch systems for motorsport, OEM, aftermarket upgrades, armoured vehicles and motorcycle applications. They have achieved more national and international sporting success than any if their rivals. This is a permanent position.

Hours of Work: Mon-Thurs 8AM - 5PM, Fri 8AM - 3PM

50% HR Administrative Duties and 50% Receptionist Duties

Duties:

  • HR system data cleanse and entry
  • General administration & data entry
  • Drafting & issuing basic letters
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Maintaining filing systems and databases
  • Meeting/Greeting Customers
  • Making Teas/Coffees for visitors
  • Answering & directing telephone calls

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in a HR role
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable of working accurately under pressure
  • Flexible to cover both roles as required, sometimes required to carry out reception duties only
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to plan own workload and work efficiently
