We are seeking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant in our Birmingham office primarily with experience within the construction or engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working within these sectors and have strong local knowledge recruiting across the west midlands region. This will be a full 360 role encompassing managing existing business whilst also sourcing new clients. This position would be ideal for either a standalone recruiter or someone looking to move to the next level with the possibility of a management opportunity dependent on performance. We have a 95% staff retention rate and employ 130 staff across the UK.
