Fast growing and award winning Chartered Planning and Development Consultancy with a dedicated in-house architectural design service for residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be located in our Head Office in Cannock, Staffordshire.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Postage / franking and arranging couriers
  • Data Entry
  • Transcribing dictation
  • Updating Spreadsheets
  • Loading quotations onto internal accounting system
  • General admin - including but not limited to: Monitoring and ordering of stationery; Filing, copying, printing

Good communication skills, experienced typist and confidence with Word and Excel are essential. Own car required.

Working hours are full time 9am till 5pm or part time 9am till 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Permanent position subject to a successful 2 month probabtion period.
