A fantastic property consultancy in the city centre are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to manage the recruitment programmes below graduate level, work alongside the HR managers to improve the processes and complete effective campaigns to target universities, institutions and businesses. You will need to be an excellent coordinator who is able to work autonomously and complete tasks to tight deadlines.

This is a temporary role with longer-term opportunities for the right individual

It will primarily involve:

  • Recruitment of high calibre graduates

  • Managing relationships with graduates and providing support

  • Contribution to specific projects such as the application, selection and assessment processes

  • Launching of the annual graduate campaign including web design, advertising and events

  • Contribution to the screening and short listing process

  • Preparation of recruitment material

  • Administration of the work placement programme

  • Ad hoc projects as and when required

The ideal Graduate Recruitment Administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office

  • Ideally, a recruitment or HR background

  • Strong communication skills with ability to build good working relationships

  • Preferably graduate recruitment experience or exposure within a similar role
