Team Leader (Worcestershire)
Salary: £18,839.82 - £21,204.40 per annum
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week. This will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Locations: Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Malvern, Worcester, Evesham
Due to the locations and flexibility required across our services we do require drivers with access to their own vehicles.

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead and manage a dedicated team of support workers to collectively enable our customers to realise their hopes, dreams and aspirations. You will be expected to participate in all aspects of people management as well as to carry out quality assurance of the support we deliver to maintain our high standards.
About the role of Team Leader
Within this role you will be managing supported living services for a highly reputable charitable organisation which specialise in learning disabilities and mental health throughout the UK.
Working alongside the service manager and other external agencies, you will be passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is tailored to the individual needs of our customers and follows our person-centred approach. You will have a proven record of working within a care setting within the complex needs Learning Disability and Mental Health sector, experience of managing and supervising a staff team, managing a rota with support from your line Manager and an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable.
