Customer Service Coordinator, Tipton, £18,000 to £22,000

Operating in over 50 countries you will be working with one of the leading manufacturing companies in the industry.

Your new role

You will be joining a small team, working to process customer orders, invoicing, dealing with export documentation and transportation on a daily basis. This will involve liaising with customers and internal departments. You will be required to work in versatile and changing environment where the ability to manage your workload is key.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you will need previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, with proven experience of preparing invoices and export documentation. Additionally, you will need strong systems knowledge and excel skills, good attention to detail and a can do attitude.
