Based at

Coleshill, Birmingham

Duties include
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Ensure daily customer booking and call targets are met by contacting customers using our in-house system
  • Answer installer lines - Resolve any queries from engineers to customers
  • Other ad hoc office duties & administration skills
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 GCSE’s grace C and above
  • Experience working within an office environment or customer focused experience
Personal Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of customer service and support skills
  • I.T skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Geographical knowledge
  • Multi-tasking
