Interim HR Manager - c£40k & bonus – 12 month FTC - Warwick

This 12 month FTC is for a standalone HR Manager based in Warwick working for the UK division of a global engineering company with 150 employees. The role commences in September 2017.

Supporting the Board and Senior Management Team, everything HR related will be your responsibility. From recruitment and induction, to pensions and performance management, personal development plans and training, HR communications, HR Legal and advisory services and adherence to best practice policies and procedures. Prior experience of using the SAP HR module or similar would be advantageous.

In addition to proven HR experience and ideally CIPD level 7 membership, you will need great interpersonal and communication skills – not only as advisor and influencer to the Management Team but also trusted as the ‘go to’ person for all employees on HR issues.
