NJR are currently working with an independent Insurance Underwriting agency based in the Birmingham area, who now has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, talented Business Quality Co-Coordinator to join their team.

As Business Quality Co-Coordinator you will be auditing sales & renewals files & calls on a monthly basis, advising and assisting in all business teams to ensure compliance hold up to the regulatory rules; whilst proactively represent the compliance team at management committees and executive boards as well as providing reports on a regular basis to Management, informing them of all operations and progress of the teams results


Communicate company compliance to all members of the business and oversee projects arising from regulatory developments.
Develop & maintain scripts to train and develop employees following FCA guidelines in conjunction with Training and Compliance Manager's
To ensure the quality of processes operate and are maintained at the highest level:-
Monitor/call listening customer reviews and feedback and act accordingly to ensure the company offers a quality, market leading service that matches its customer's expectations
Review, monitor and if required change current processes to ensure the team offers a 'first class quality' service to its customers.
Review and monitor letters & stationary to ensure we are offering the best quality service to its customers
Review and monitor technology and hardware and make suggestions to improve where necessary to ensure the Company is at the forefront of technology and customer service.
Benchmark ourselves with competitor's service to make sure we are market leaders and that quality is maintained.
Review & analyse competitor's products & service to enable the business to compete successfully and deliver market leading service

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Business Quality Co-Coordinator - preferably within an insurance environment with knowledge of FCA guidelines, reports and Auditing.
