Customer Care Case Handler
Are you able to provide second-to-none customer care?
Due to growth, our client is looking for to fill 4 positions within the customer care department to deal with the resolution of all customer queries and complaints. Dealing with customers who may be purchasing a house or refinancing you will be able to take ownership of queries that can be extremely emotive to the customer.
The Role Entails:
• Ensure all complaints are acknowledged, actioned and closed within the SLA.
• Resolving complaints both verbally and in writing.
• Liaise with all stakeholders and keep informed of progress report.
• Work alongside other company departments to ensure the customer experience is seamless.
