Operating in multiple sectors, their projects spread across Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Commercial and Local Authority.

Job Description

As Contracts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the profitable and timely delivery of projects. Projects will be based in the Midlands region, and you will have overall control of the project delivery team.

Responsibilities include:

- Programming of works.
- Managing the delivery team (Project Managers, Site Managers etc.) ensuring projects are running to programme and to budget.
- Sourcing and procurement of sub-contractors.
- Dealing with design related issues alongside Design Managers/Coordinators
- Heading up client meetings.
- Create and manage Health & Safety plans.
- Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Keep an up to date knowledge on all related legislation.
- Have a working knowledge of budgets and costing.
