Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for two commercial account advisors to join a long standing and leading company based in Meriden. This is a role for someone looking for a challenge who can use their skills and experience in a new setting. The person must be self-motivated and bring drive and energy to the business to support continued growth.
As a Commercial Account Advisor you will be required to deliver service excellence and optimise revenue from company assets by supporting customers and internal colleagues through the effective running of accounting systems.
The CAA role handles transaction processing both from a customer service perspective and a compliance and revenue generation perspective. Whilst running accounting systems the CAA must ensure that transactions are quickly and properly processed, customer accounting is correctly administered and that the business can monitor how customers use the company's assets, where they use them and how long they use them to ensure that the company are correctly being remunerated. The process also involves compliance monitoring to ensure that the company help and support customers in using the company's system properly without undue cost or penalty.
This team shares responsibility for Customer ordering and receipt of dispatch information, data processing, reconciliation of data following stock counts, maintenance of contracts price increases, and customer problem solving, amongst other tasks.

The successful candidate will have their own transport due to location and will be required to visit clients from time to time. Will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have previously experience of company specific software and be well organised, with time management and prioritisation skills.
