Recruitment Manager, Stoke-On-trent, £30,000 - £35,000

Client Details

A public sector organisation in Stoke-On-Trent is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their HR team.


As the recruitment Manager your duties will include:

  • reviewing the current recruitment process
  • reviewing internal procedures, forms to ensure they are the best practice
  • working closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure they are briefed on all recruitment matters
  • offering general advise to the recruitment team
  • reviewing the customer service procedures
  • Complete weekly HR and recruitment reports, providing statistics and data to the board on a monthly basis
  • Update the board and the wider business on any changes to employment law or legislation, and update policies in line with current legislation and best practice


the ideal candidate will have / be:

  • Strong recruitment background
  • experience of managing a recruitment function
  • experience of dealing with high volume recruitment case loads
  • NHS experience is desirable
  • Ability to work in a stand alone position
  • Strong people skills to develop relationships with the management team and being available to support our employees
