Our client based in Newtown Mid Wales is looking for a skilled Process Technician to work nights in their fast paced environment. This will give you a brilliant opportunity to meet new people and work alongside them across the plant. This will include continuously improving current processes as well as designing processes for the future in order to meet demand. 
This job mainly includes; to be a point of contact for issues that are effecting production output and quality, to identify problems and suggest a timely solution, look for new opportunities to improve the efficiency of the module production process and to develop existing ones, investigate SPC holds at test and ensure that an appropriate level of investigation is carried out, support the intelligent Gun Systems and involve process engineer if necessary, collect test DPMO data and compile into daily/weekly/monthly reports plotting trends, run PPK analysis where necessary to highlight PCB/drive performance under test, create new process instructions to support production, maintain and update existing process instructions, ensure instructions are displayed at the point of use and are electronically documented and obtain quotes and raise purchase orders. 
You will need
NQF level 3 in Engineering
GSCE in Maths and English
1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of continuous improvement projects
Experience of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Practical experience of fault finding and problem solving
Hours -  
Nights are 4x10 hours (Monday - Thursday) 8PM to 6AM 
25% shift allowance
