An experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk is required by a blue-chip manufacturer in Newcastle.

You will primarily be tasked with ensuring all suppliers pay and in a timely manner.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

-Process all purchase invoices
-Match up goods received notes with purchase invoices and conclude any issues
-Resolve all invoice queries
-Reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger,
-Liaise with suppliers
-Processing of company expenses

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience within in a similar role within a corporate environment is essential
-Proven background in processing complex purchase ledger operations
-Excellent customer care skills
-Good level of IT literacy
