SALARY: Excellent rates of pay

Currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Negotiator
A part-time, reliable sales negotiator is required to help with our clients development sites. The job role will entail showing potential purchasers around the site and show home, have an understanding of the properties and help with their choices for kitchens, tiles, etc.
This role will include weekend and some evening work, approximately 16 hours work per week. The candidate will not necessarily need prior experience in this role. Candidates will need a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, organised and well presented
- Computer literate - Full UK driving licence and own car
