You will have a proven technical experience in a paraplanning role gained within a Financial Services company and be focused on holistic financial planning for private clients encompassing pensions, investment, and protection.
During your career, you will have gained knowledge in the preparation of suitability reports and client letters across a broad range of products and contract types, including financial planning and cash flow modeling and possess a strong knowledge of research, IT and provider systems.
Qualified to a minimum of QCF Level 4 (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent), and preferably working towards Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning/Chartered status (Level 6).
You will be able to demonstrate a positive personal impact on qualities such as leadership, influencing, credibility, and empathy.
A confident communicator at all levels, with the ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience, and manage difficult discussions.
You will have well-developed written communication skills, be able to construct logical, clear and concise documentation appropriate to the given audience and understand current regulations and how they apply.
