Basic Salary - £32,000 - £35,000 with a £16,000 - 18,000 OTE + Company Car

The company we are working with are one of the market leaders in their industry. They are one of the largest tyre service providers in the UK, established for over 40 years.

They provide everything from tyres, related service products and tools that help their customers to grow their business further. With a growing network of centres throughout the UK, they are continuing to develop their service offering to their customers. The company is going through an exciting period of growth as they develop new ways to service both existing and new customers which means there is a fantastic opportunity for people applying for the role.

The Role

The role we are working on is an Area Sales Manager position which is an essential role in building relationships with existing clients of the business whilst developing new business. The client type will vary hugely and your ability to liaise and work at all levels of a business is imperative as you will be dealing with single site owners to managing directors of independent garages with a small network of sites.

This is a field based sales role working within a well-established and dynamic sales team in which people are rewarded for their own performance. You will cover a defined region covering the West Midlands including Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester.

The induction programme is fantastic and they look at developing long term careers, they really look at succession planning for the future with more senior sales opportunities likely to present themselves for top performers.

The Package

On offer is a basic salary of between £32,000 - £35,000 with a £16,000 - 18,000k OTE. Furthermore, the package comes with a fully expensed company car (Audi, Mercedes, BMW), laptop, mobile, fuel card, pension and 22 days holidays + bank holidays.
