SF Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on a perm basis for a really fantastic client of ours based in Derby.
The role mainly involves dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers with enquiries, assisting with sales from an extensive product range of over 850 units and building lasting relationships with our distributor base. Input of customer orders through a Sage based sales system, and our own web based system. A key part of the role is dealing with customers from initial enquiry, to receipt of order, through to input, completion and confirmation of all orders to specified and tight deadlines. Accuracy and speed is critical to the role.
In addition you will be responsible for building and growing professional relationships with customers, meeting and exceeding their requirements. Getting orders right first time, foreseeing and resolving issues as they occur.
The internal sales team is currently 5 internal staff working to challenging but achievable targets. The successful applicant needs to be able to work professionally with their team and communicate at all levels within the company. This role is a 9am - 5pm 37.5 hour role.
