Business Transformation Manager
ISS are one of the world’s leading service organisations and we are currently looking to recruit a Business Transformation Manager. This is a national role with frequent travel to our Stoke on Trent HO.
As the Business Transformation Manager, you will have the opportunity to support and influence programme strategy for the business. You will join us at an exciting time, where you, as part of the senior Technical Services team, will take part in ensuring we continually challenge the way in which we engage our commercial and operational leads and enhance our performance across the business.
Working as a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing several strategic, tactical and operational programmes. Maintaining a key focus on meeting our financial obligations, you will also own the delivery of other operational excellence solutions including but not limited to operational benchmarking.
The role will have a focus on, and be responsible for, managing the gap closing plans to meet our broader UK financial and operational targets within the Technical Services division.
You will need to ensure clear benefit realisation plans are in place, with effective and efficient financial delivery reconciliations being undertaken periodically, whilst reporting against phased targets for pipeline and secured delivery in year.
Overview of Responsibilities
Opportunity identification, business planning and business case development.
Building benefit realisation plans.
Identifying, prioritising, analysing and completing project reviews of potential growth opportunities.
Working with the Technical Service sector, finance and commercial leads to identify opportunities from across the business that would be relevant for their portfolio and support in the realisation of these opportunities.
Supporting the procurement team in driving identified opportunities out into the operational business.
Driving the change management process to get relevant systems and processes ready for the go-live across business units
Prioritising, planning, and tracking project progress.
Applications are invited from experienced Business Transformation Managers or similar who have previous experience developing and leading business transformation projects within FM, outsourcing, engineering or similar.
A degree level qualification in a business, numeric or related subject or equivalent is required in addition to Programme Manager Practitioner qualification (MSP, Prince 2 or equivalent).
Additional requirements for the role include:-
Strategic planning and business development.
Working knowledge of the UK FM market advantageous.
Experienced in optimisation of business processes and procedures.
Experience of implementing and managing business projects.
Process automation understanding.
Experience with LEAN and change management.
