Fleet Customer Service Advisor
Due to the team expansion my client is looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Officers to join their team in Shirley.
Working within the sales and service team you will be responsible for managing activities, answering customer calls, preparing quotes, up-selling products and services to maximise profit, managing procurement client requirements. Dealing promptly with supplier queries and taking ownership of dealing with resolution.
Have direct contact with stakeholders, consisting updating their progress.
Administration tasks such as CRM management, filing quotes and managing email in-box.
You will also be analysing data and creating client reports for internal and external use.
Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage.
This is not simply a customer service advisor as you will be expected to chase clients on quotes and up-sell where possible.
