A mechanical Engineering company in Bromsgrove are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a Temporary-Permanent basis, paying £21000.
Your new role
Your duties will include but are not limited to answer calls from Customers/Clients, arranging all documentation for any related projects, writing technical operations manuals which are to be completed at the end of any given project, produce any purchase Orders via Sage and cover any AutoCad work that may need doing.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be ambitious, have a good eye for detail and an ability to understand technical information. An ability to read mechanical building services drawings and understand client/consultant specification will be an advantage.The candidate must be proficient with MS packages, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. The use of AutoCAD is beneficial but not essential. Experience within a mechanical engineering organisation is also beneficial but not essential.
