NEW JOB - Area HR Manager / HR Business Partner - Permanent role, supporting sites UK Wide

This role will be working for a market leading, global trade supplier with a recognisable brand.

Your new role
This role will be supporting sites across the UK, working in partnership with senior managers to provide both operational and strategic support to the senior management teams. You will be supporting operational management teams across the full employee life-cycle, including employee relations, recruitment , talent and succession planning and learning and development.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a track record in managing and supporting managers through the full employee life cycle. Whilst you will be part of a larger HR team, this role will be working autonomously, so you will need to be a self starter with the ability to manage a high volume workload. As this is supporting sites across the UK, you will need to have the flexibility to travel with some overnight stays.
