Customer Service Agent
My client, a successful and fast growing business within the financial services sector is looking for a Customer Service Agents to join their team and work in a Warwick office.
The role involves dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, answering enquires about products and services, amending details, changing payment methods and negotiating repayments of outstanding debts from customers.
The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience, preferably office based but candidates from the hospitality and retail sectors will be also considered as full training will be given. You must have an excellent telephone manner and excellent listening and customer service skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm; salary starts with £18.000 and Company is offering progression and development.
